We are the UK’s first female-only, independent online sneaker store. We specialize in bringing you a seasonal edit of sneakers from interesting, iconic and up-and-coming brands.

Second Store takes its name from Simone de Beauvoir’s seminal Feminist text, The Second Sex, with the aim of subverting the bias towards men in the sneaker industry and making sure women feel stylish, empowered and Second to None in their sneaks.  You guessed it; we are all about Girl Power!

We have launched the site with a curated selection of trainers from our Autumn Winter collections showcasing the lighter, brighter styles to make the most of the Indian summer then moving into more cozy kicks as the days start to get shorter. We have lots of exciting collaborations with artists, photographers, musicians and writers in the pipeline, which we can’t wait to share with you. We like to crown the women we collaborate with as our ‘Second Sisters’, so if you have a talent you would like us to share on our Journal, we would love to hear from you.
